Q1: What fabric can you use?/Can you find the fabric i want?
Normally we use lace, chiffon, velvet, satin, silk, hoodie fabric, t-shirt fabric, leather, african wax fabric, faux fur, corduroy, sequin, linen, cotton, rayon and so on.
We can find the fabric you want in fabric market, and we can update new fabric to you.
Q2: I think the price is too high. Can the price be XX?
In fact, the price is very important to win this order, but the quality counts for much more. We couldn’t debase our quality level to achieve your price aim. I am so sorry.
Please help to consider and inform us which way is better for you. We understand that you have to test your local market and retail price. And we’re pleased to do a trial order for you with a small qty in our first business. Maybe xxx pcs is workable for you to make a decision, with no price increase.
Q3: can you let me know you samples policy.
1. Because it is a customized style, each style needs to be confirmed by our client. Once confirmed, we will follow this sample for mess production in the future.
2. If you need to modify the sample, we will modify it on the basis and then take photos for confirmation, or send you a confirmation before the mass production.
3. We only charge the sample fee once per style, and we will refund the sample fee if 100 pieces of each style are ordered at once.
4. Our price is range price, different styles have different prices. Simple styles will be cheaper, complex crafts will be a little bit expensive. Every step include size, material and details will let you know and confirm. Our quality is absolutely guaranteed.
