For production order, 50% deposit before production and 50% balance and the frieght cost before shipment.
Q2：How long will the sample takes?A2: It will take 3-8 days to produce customized products days after the receiving of the payment.

If for the peak month the sample time will be a little bit longer than any other times.
Q3: Returns and refunds policy for sample and stocks？A3: Our sizing is shown in Standard US sizing.
If you change your mind about any items purchased you can return them to us if we do not begin the fabric purchasing.
1.The items are unworn and unwashed.If there is a quality problem of the stock products, the refund can be negotiated.
2.For custom style, we are providing sample service ,if we can reach the effect for 90%-95% as the pictures,we can only make small change on the original sample,can not provide a new free sample or refund sample fee,sample fee can only refund when customer place order for 100pcs/style.
